A very selfish monkey refusing to share its food with a chicken is winning thousands of fans on social media!

The video shows a small monkey dressed sitting next to a plate of rice, enjoying its meal peacefully, when a chicken approaches to have a bite too.
However, when the food is stolen, the monkey gets extremely irritated and attacks the chicken, which retreats while the monkey continues to eat.
Monkeys are omnivores and eat a varied diet that can include nuts, fruits, seeds, eggs, insects, lizards, and much more.
With over 300 species of monkeys and significant differences between Old World (Africa and Asia) and New World (Americas) monkey species, their diets have adapted to locally available foods.
The amusing clip, shared on Instagram, has already amassed over 19 million views, along with over 480 thousand likes and thousands of comments from internet users who found the scene entertaining.
