Giggles likely had a tough life and was a stray before being picked up by shelter workers. But that’s not why his expression looks angry, it’s just the way he is. And, in reality, he’s not as angry as the name might suggest.
Behind that angry-looking face, hides a sweet heart.
Riggi Rescue, who rescued the peculiar-looking cat, is now working on awareness and funds to support stray cats and made Giggles their honorary ambassador. Giggles is a shelter success story, as he found a loving home and can be seen in the loving arms of his new owners on Instagram.
Giggles’ owners explained the cat’s story: “Giggles was rescued by Riggi Rescue after being found as a stray. He was underweight, full of ticks and had wounds from other cats on his neck.
Riggi Rescue took him to the vet, where he was vaccinated and neutered, and then we adopted him. He is our second rescue cat. Giggles has two brothers, Hobbes and Jackson (also from Riggi Rescue).”
